SoulCollage®

SoulCollage® is an intuitive collage process, developed by Seena B. Frost, of self exploration and self acceptance. By creating SoulCollage® cards — each representing one aspect of our personality or soul — we begin to embrace the many parts of ourselves, listen to their stories, and discover the gifts they have to share. The more we know and accept the whole of ourselves, the better we can live into our unique gifts, strengths and limitations, becoming who we were created to be.

In addition to being a delightful tool for anyone seeking deeper meaning, discernment and healing, SoulCollage® is a lot of fun! All it takes is curiosity and the ability to cut and paste. I have witnessed the benefits of SoulCollage® work in retreat settings, workshops, spiritual growth groups, and with people in recovery.
